Firm History

Blackhawk Executive Search, Inc. evolved from a CPA practice which specialized in tax, accounting and management consulting.

Our directors are both Certified Public Accountants with significant experience in the financial arena. Along with our foundation in tax and accounting we have extensive knowledge of the trust and pension areas.

What separates us from other executive recruiters is the level of ethics and professionalism we bring to the table. Respect and confidentiality are paramount in dealing with both client and candidate. The objective for every search is for both parties to be satisfied that the offer is fair and equitable.

We are dedicated to discovering exceptional talent and persuading those candidates to investigate opportunities to advance their careers with our clientele. Since we fully understand the corporate culture of our clients, we are considered part of the corporate team and are an integral part in the negotiation process of bringing highly qualified personnel to the firms we serve.
